It is hard to grow as a leader if you aren't reading. At Theologian of the Boss, I take reading seriously and want to make sure to connect you to the best books available. This is a list of the best books I have read, broken down by topics. You'll find everything here ranging from science, psychology, theology and history.
You'll also notice that I have a lot of old and classic works on here. There is a reason for that: I believe that the church has a treasure trove of material from history that can teach us how to lead today. While it may be in vogue to pick up the newest leadership bestseller, I have found that what is newest isn't always the best. Timeless works from leaders such as Augustine, Luther, Calvin and more will stand the test of time because they are books rooted in the purpose of glorifying God alone. So with that, take a look at the reading list.
